Italian Tofurky Garden Pagodas

I like to experiment and today, for lunch, I created Italian Tofurky Garden Pagodas. I started by pouring two cups of water in a casserole dish and adding a lot of fresh broccoli and cauliflower. Then I added Quinoa Garden Pagodas (uncooked), two Tofurky Italian Sausages in chunks, and Newman's Own Garden Peppers Pasta Sauce. I covered and baked at 375 degrees, stirred after 30 minutes, and then baked another 30 minutes. It was  delicious, but here are my recommendations.
