After weeks of experimenting I finally found a green juice that pleased my pallet.  Turns out it's a bit harder than it looks to make a smoothie that tastes good!  What I learned is that you need to start it off with a good liquid base.  So far I have found coconut, coconut water, and apple juice make good bases. The trick with the fruit juices is that you want to find ones without added sugar, which can be tough.

The keystone of my diet is Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie.  A big part of what I eat is leafy green vegetables.  I find leafy greens to regulate my digestion, provide energy, and make me feel bright and clean.  The Glowing Green Smoothie includes a whole romaine heart and handfuls of spinach in one delicious drink, which really helps me to kick start my daily green goals.
