Janny's Grand Granola
/- 7-8 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
- 1 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 2 T. Raw Sesame Seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut Flakes (optional)
- 1 Cup Maple Syrup
Bake at 300 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool well. I divide into individual small Pyrex glass containers to take to work for my lunch. I always store in the refrigerator.
Top with any or all of the following: organic raisins, cranberries, bananas, blueberries, apples, pineapples. Pour on almond or coconut milk. (I generally buy the organic raisins at Target as they tend to be a little cheaper there.)
