Easy Gluten-Free Penne Tomato and Veggie Pasta

It will provide you with energy and comfort, without indulging in heavy saturated fats, oils, salt, or sugar that will leave you feeling even more tired. This is a time of year to take care of yourself! Try my delicious recipe for dinner and wake up feeling energized the next day!
Ingredients:
- Broccoli and cauliflower (1 cup each washed, chopped, and sprinkled with sea salt, pepper, and oregano)
- Beets (1 can, drained, and rinsed)
- Penne pasta (1 box, gluten-free)
- Pasta sauce (1 jar, oil-free, or make your own)
- Water (1/2 cup)
Instructions:
Add everything to a baking dish, cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out of oven, stir, and bake 20-30 minutes, until done.
